Contributors to this special issue are asked to report on educational research and practice that engages with viewpoints on Pacific Islands education policies, theories and practices. Papers may either cover a broad theme (e.g. culture), policy area (e.g., special education) or a more specific case study (e.g., mathematics education). We are also looking for papers likely to provide useful insights into Pacific education in a New Zealand education context.
Paper submission (WJE special issue) by May 2017.
Papers sent out for blind review by June 2017.
Notification of acceptance by September 2017
Reviewing and amendments completed by 28 February 2018.
Final formatting and proof checking by 30 April 2018.
